Ensure Competency Enhancement through Learning Academy
Detail the competencies to be addressed by the Academy, given the function / verticals that it supports
Engage with stakeholders from Business to understand their focus and priorities for the year, and implications for capability development
Map development needs of employees across function / verticals
Design and develop suitable learning interventions / programs to address identified competencies / competency gaps
Identify external / internal learning partners as needed and define optimal mode of delivery
Plan and execute programs / interventions for employees
Assess effectiveness of learning programs / interventions
Execute L&OD Projects / Initiatives
Connect with relevant stakeholders from Business to identify areas where L&OD can contribute to enable business deliverables
Contribute to conceptualizing L&OD projects / initiatives
Actively engage in identified L&OD projects to deliver expected outcomes
Manage execution as per project plan / timelines.
Implement end-to-end L&D Process
Training Needs Identification
Evaluate and document the training requirements for the business and prepare a training calendar for learning initiatives in the light of resource availability and seek required budget approvals
Solution Design
Design relevant training programs at the BU level; Develop instructional material, create learning assets to enhance the program delivery mechanism and the overall learning experience in collaboration with key business stakeholders.
Invite nominations for the scheduled BU level trainings and finalize the list of participants.
Training Delivery
Determine the mode and format of training delivery by considering several factors like criticality, cost, quality, expertise, etc.
Ensure delivery of the interventions in alliance with internal & external stakeholders, SMEs & the trainers.
Execute all training related activities including invites and infrastructure related arrangements.
Ascertain maintenance of training records and reports on individual progress.
Training Efficacy
Define suitable metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of learning and development efforts; Prepare appropriate reports on these metrics.
Track and report L&D metrics to various stakeholders on a periodic basis.
Continuously evaluate the efficiency of the training programs and strive towards reducing the knowledge gap.
Ascertain maintenance of training records and reports on individual progress
Enable Employee Engagement
Define suitable metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of learning and development efforts; Prepare appropriate reports on these metrics..

Implement HR Technology in L&OD Processes
Recognize areas that can be potentially automated or enhanced with technology and collaborates with the relevant partners to design the solution for upgradation and enhancement, in consultation with Adani Group HR.
Facilitate and promote effective usage of the existing L&OD and Talent systems.
Execute smooth operations for any ongoing/ upcoming automation initiatives for TM and L&OD
Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management/ Organizational Psychology or relevant field
Higher degree / Certification in relevant field is preferable
Experiences
Minimum 12 years of work experience with at least 5 years in L&D Function
Experience of executing to end L&OD processes, from Needs identification phase to solution delivery and assessment of training outcomes.
Experience of personally delivering / facilitating training sessions.
Familiar with a range of training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)
Experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders internal as well as external
