Partner with business leaders and the US L&D team to identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning programs to address those needs.
Champion role-based capability building initiatives, focusing on practical application of knowledge and development of well-rounded professionals.
Create and implement innovative learning approaches, including informal learning opportunities, on-the-job mentoring programs, and learning simulations.
Co-create and deliver practical learning modules focused on core tax principles and their application in a business context.
Oversee the development and implementation of learning content, ensuring high-quality and engaging material for various learning styles.
Manage learning technology platforms and tools, staying current on industry trends and best practices.
Track and measure the effectiveness of learning programs and course correct as needed.
Coach and mentor learning & development professionals within the Business Tax Services practice.

Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
US tax qualifications such as EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) are highly desirable.
Skills And Experience
10+ years of work experience in US Taxation.
Prior experience in a professional services firm.
Proven experience in business and managing business engagements independently.
Strong understanding of business tax principles and practices.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Innovative mindset with a passion for creating engaging and effective learning experiences.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
Experience in developing and implementing successful L&D programs in a global service delivery set-up is desirable.
