Primary contact point and Driving incident and Service request resolution
Responsible for managing IT vendors, scoping, requirement gathering from business teams, gap analysis, Post project go live production monitoring /managing different stakeholder for the IT solutions.
To ensure the smooth functioning of all the production servers / DR Servers and raise alerts on time to minimize business downtime and maximize the system availability.
Validation of various business critical MIS and also to ensure PII data are getting shared with proper approved stakeholders.
Make recommendations for Service Improvement Plans and ensure actions are followed through to completion in a timely manner
Daily and Weekly review with Senior Management and work with internal and third party teams to ensure actions are taken and completed
Ensuring and execute DR drill conducted as per the company policy without any failure
Mitigation of Vulnerabilities and patching of Production servers.
Mitigation of Vulnerabilities reported on Application with in the SLA
Managing/ Monitoring Service Delivery SLA
