nWe are looking for a Senior Manager, IT Data & Analytics to join our IT team in Bangalore, reporting to the senior director of IT. In this role, you will lead a team of senior engineers with broad experience in modern data and technology infrastructure and data science. Your primary focus will be developing and empowering engineers on designing, implementing, and maintaining robust data solutions that support our business objectives using cloud platforms. You will also collaborate with the data product manager, business intelligence team manager, and cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility, leading data-driven decision making across the organization.n

nWhat youll do:n
- Lead and manage a team of senior engineers, providing mentorship and guidance
- nOversee the design, development, and maintenance of data architecture and technology infrastructure
- nEnsure data quality, integrity, and security across the data platform
- nCollaborate with the product manager and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and empower the team to translate them into technical solutions
- nHelp develop and implement data governance policies and best practices
- nMonitor and optimize data systems for performance and scalability
- nStay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in data management and analytics
- nDrive continuous improvement initiatives within the Data team
nWhat youll bring:n
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- n15+ years of experience in data management, with a focus on data and technology platforms
- nExcellent leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring technical teams
- nSolid knowledge in data modeling, database design, and ETL processes
- nProficiency in SQL, Columnar databases, and data warehousing solutions
- nExperience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
- nFamiliarity with business intelligence tools, including Tableau and Power BI
- nKnowledge of data governance and data security best practices
- nOustanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
