Position Title: Senior IT Manager
Reports To: VP - IT

Company 3/Method Inc is seeking a Senior IT Manager -WFO to help providing input and ensuring implementation of the organizational IT department and to achieve its current and future business objectives. The incumbent will also provide applicable spectrum of IT as required.
Technical/ Functional
- Knowledge of PC, network hardware and software.
- VMware experience is a Plus.
- Visual effects software (Nuke, Silhouette, and Photoshop) experience is a plus.
- Flexibility to work extended hours and/or weekends to meet project deadlines.
- Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement.
OPERATIONAL:
- Assisting in the development, implementation and review of IT operational processes and procedures as well as the Information Security policy / E policy for the organization.
- Implementing, Managing and Monitoring trouble shoot server monitoring systems.
- Data Management, storage& retrieval facilitating a knowledge management system wherein all the work that has been done is documented and stored in a systematic & user friendly manner for easy retrieval and access whenever required. Managing Primary and secondary Backup systems.
- Design and Implementation of Mail / Web/ FTP Server.
- Maintenance of the intranet and troubleshooting/Helpdesk for any hardware/software related queries or problems
- Ensuring confidentiality and safety of data
- Designing and later supervising authorization and access to data (based on permitted and sanctioned access levels (employee grades and levels)
- Supervising purchase of hardware/software equipment, Liaoning with the suppliers and signing the Annual Maintenance contracts. Assisting in Vendor Management
- Training subordinates for new technologies related to the filed, which can aid individual and Organization growth.
- Design and Implementation of Mail / Web/ FTP Server
- Writing Scripts for process automation
- Designing and implementing a flawless network infrastructure Windows and Linux Server Administration
- Emergency/Crisis Situation Handling
