- 5+ years of experience in team lead, customer handling & project execution.
- Experience in PLC SCADA- Siemens, Mitsubishi, basics of solidworks and mechatronics
- Result driven and analytical approach with good communications skills.
- Bachelors/Masters degree from reputed institutions.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Handling, Customer delight.
- Initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and successfully closure of I&C(UAT).
- Responsible for timely closure of service activity:- Service call, AMC & PM.
- Pending payment collection for South region customer.
- Report to HO team.
- Managing South team.
