Senior Manager - Information Technology

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development and implementation of IT projects to support our business using Agile methods.
• Lead agile teams to achieve business goals by prioritizing projects, allocating resources, managing risks, tracking progress, and contribute to building high performance culture in the teams.
• Should ensure that team follows strong DevSecOps principles and deliver work with high quality.
• Prioritize and coordinate requests between internal business units and external IT vendors
• Provides direction to project teams handling all aspects of development such as planning, requirements gathering, scheduling and work planning, communications, issue resolution, and change management.
• Ensures that team has a strong DevSecOps culture leading to desired outcomes.
• Guides team members to ensure they have fulfilling career. Builds a team that is self-improving and adapts to changes.
• Builds strong relationship with other Business Unit heads and provides innovative products and services to meet their objectives.
• Participates in departmental strategic and budgetary planning processes; prepares and administers work unit operating budget; provides recommendations on policies and goals desired; and implements new/revised programs according to established guidelines.

Required Skills:

1. Experience implementing modern architectures including Event architecture, Streaming, and Microservicesbased Solutions over Cloud (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud)

2. Strong experience on different design patterns

3. Hands-on experience on different databases (Relational ( SQL Server, MySQl) and Non-Relational ( MongoDB)
