Candidates having major work experience into IT infrastructure, Cyber Security and Network Management
Responsibilities :
Data Centre Physical Check / L2 Level
1. Physical checking of Data Centre and utility Room
2. BMS panel (VESDA, FMS, and WLD alerts)
3. Network devices LEDs, Server Alarms, Storage Indicators
4. Utility rooms UPS, PAC's indicators
5. Updating the status in Daily Checklist Report
6. If any Error reported- Fixing it by self/call OEM vendors to resolve
Activities on Servers
1. monitoring of Services like AD, DNS, DHCP, File Services
2. Creating and Deleting users in AD, and applying profile based policy
3. Troubleshooting and resolving user's incident problems
4. Working on FSSO, EMS Security servers
Activities on Email Server / L2 Level
1. Monitoring Email server - Mails queue and checking its health
2.. Co-coordinating Email service providers on incident basis
IT Administration & Management
Technical L3/L2 level Support
1. Addressing unresolved calls by L1
2. Remote users, HO users direct calls
3. Online support to CFA, Depots for Citrix reported calls
4. L2 technical supports to L1 for their locations servers, storage, and backup
Need base/Incident Based Activity
1. Vendors Meetings, CFT Meetings, Internal Shifting, Asset Distributions, Vendors Visits, Webinar, Co-Ordinations, Management Assigned works, Mailing and communications
2. Troubleshooting on link down locations and raising service ticket with ISP/follow-up till resolution.
Periodic Activities & Need base activities
1. Security audit for locations and fixing of issue
2. Securities awareness, backup awareness and training to location IT and new joinees
3. Physical inventories on monthly basis and updating in IT portal to maintain the compliance in hardware/software
4. Identifying vendors and evaluation of products based on organization requirement
5. RFP enquiry, Production Selections, Making Comparison, Negotiation along with CFTs, Finalization, Procurement Process till delivery and installation
6. Follow-up and maintaining of IT policy documentations on activity
7. Identifying IT scraps and disposing as per SOP with E-waste vendors
Patch Management
1. Monitoring WSUS status on patch management server
2. Updating pending patches on daily basis, and distributing to locations server
3. Checking all locations server for their update status, if found pending than force to manual updates
Employee Satisfaction Survey - IT Feedback on yearly basis
1. Conducting yearly IT ESS feedback survey, to understand user's pain area and addressing them across
2. Required hardware/software procurement on management approval and implementation to respective employees and closing the pending calls
