- SAP Implementation experience: Customer facing experience in 2-3 large scale full cycles with demonstrated contribution in Sales and Service domain
Must have good functional process knowledge of Sales and Service
Must have good knowledge in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Configuration Management, SAP SD integration with other SAP modules MM, LE Modules.
Strong experience in customer master, Sales Order capture, ATP, Order change life-cycle, , scheduling agreements lifecycle, EDI/B2B order lifecycle, Delivery, Shipping, Logistic Execution, 3rd Party sales orders, Shipments
Good exposure on Material Determination, Consignment, Batch Management, E Commerce fulfilment.
Workflow process integration knowledge of MRP & ATP is required;
SAP C4C (service) / SFDC Service cloud experience will be preferred
SAP SD certification will be an add on advantage with strong experience in across industries with exposure to Sales, Procurement and Logistics
In depth Knowledge on Industry best practices in Application Support
Strong problem solving, and collaboration skills along with Good coordination skills
Outstanding analytical skills and strong ability to interpret and present key findings and recommendations

Your responsibilities will include
Leads and coordinate the domain technical and business discussions relative to future requirements for complex IT systems
Lead Sales & Service GIT domain and act as GIT business partner to Sales and Service business stakeholders
Review and/or analyze and develop business requirements at domain level for both project implementation and Operations
Lead domain specific projects and is responsible for designing, planning and execution
Analyze, design and develop a road map and implementation plan based upon a current vs future state
Leads the research and evaluation of emerging technology, industry and market trends to assist in project development and/or operational support activities
Implement the Key Processes that brings in more efficiency to the organisation
Coach and mentor team members
Create a positive impact on the business pipeline through the above responsibilities
Ability to take a big picture view and Comprehend business strategy
