- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall organizational goals
- Partner closely with the business leaders to drive people strategies and programs including talent management, capability building, career counselling/coaching, OD interventions, performance management, retention, manager effectiveness, change interventions, deep and differentiated talent strategies
- Be the trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Effectively handle employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Partner with HR COEs teams to drive strategic HR agenda and initiatives.
- Lead and support change management efforts related to organizational restructuring, process improvements, and culture initiatives.
- Leverage HR data and analytics to track key metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and industry standards, while mitigating HR-related risks.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement.
Educational Qualifications
- 10-15 years experience of HR Business partnering.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Masters degree preferred.
- Ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and business stakeholders to drive HR initiatives and support business objectives.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
