The HR Business Partner supports the business from a local perspective. Understands business needs and acts as local HR partner in transformation processes. Ensures the implementation of HR standards, policies and processes and coordinates the execution of HR core processes on a local level.
Your Tasks
- The Business Partner is designated to provide advice and consultancy in HR topics for business representatives (manager)
- First point of contact for users for HR strategy, HR core processes and organizational development issues.
- Implements people & organization strategy topics in the respective location
- Implements HR standards, policies, and processes in the respective location
- Is responsible for executing HR core processes in the respective location (e.g., people development, remuneration, processing disciplinary cases etc.
- Implements organizational development processes and supports change management in the respective location
- Supports HR projects (on global, regional and local level)
- Partner with BU heads on strategy deployment
- Partner with BU on Manpower Planning
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to drive Employee Retention / Employee Satisfaction
- Ensure business sustainability through People, process, policies, Disciplinary proceedings, Conciliations
- Collaborate for BU HR budgets and planning
- Employees connect 30/60/90 days and gain insights for improvements
- Conduct Exit interviews to understand the attrition / retention issues
- Collaborate for R&R programs and engagement initiatives
Qualifications required
- Education MBA in Human Resources or an equivalent stream
- Experience 12 - 20 years of experience in the similar role
- Specific knowledge understanding of different frameworks, HR Processes and policies
