Job Profile Description
- Directs the financial planning, reporting, and analytics support used by Senior Leadership and regional business leaders and communicates the impact of analyses and forecasts.
- Assesses finance structure, processes and reporting and develops processes to simplify, automate, or streamline, to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
- Reviews existing cost pools for further consolidation.
- Provides strong financial leadership and determines overall direction and setting of finance priorities, in order to meet the needs of the functions supported.
- Initiates and leads special projects related to business unit performance, M&A, and other strategic opportunities, and provides through leadership on an approach to analyses.
- Develops and implements processes to improve overall FP&A reporting and analytics in support of strategic initiatives.
- Develops budgets and forecasts based on established objectives and initiatives.

Education & Experience:
- Chartered Accountant or related degree in finance, accounting, business
- 10-15+ years of progressive experience in an FP&A role within GICs or Banking Industry
