Senior Manager, Firmware (Devops)

Core Requirements:

• Should have 12-15 years of experience in Storage and Memory domains.
• Experience with Jenkins Pipelines, or similar build/test/release automation technology.
• Experience with processes and tools that support software/firmware build, test, and release (continuous integration, continuous delivery, continuous deployment CI/CD)
• Knowledge and experience with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Git, Artifactory, Jenkins and/or similar tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with multi-functional collaboration.
• Build and manage technical teams focused on SSD Automation, Debug and Analytics tools.
• Highly motivated, focused on accuracy, and capable of thriving in fast-paced environments with strict time constraints.
• Conduct quarterly check-ins and reviews to provide feedback and guidance to team members.
• Mentor and coach team members to develop a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Facilitate training programs and ensure the team is up to date with the latest industry trends.
• Innovating new solutions to sophisticated system-level problems by collaborating with various internal teams with required system-level expertise.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.
