Support Sr Director finance in operations management and Strategic decision making.
Collaborate with different business functions, HR, Sales, Project Owners, country leadership in APAC region, for achieving organizational and team goals.
Collaborate with different functions to achieve financial goals for APAC countries, like performance as per budgets, pricings, sales, GP and operating profit margins. Analyse actual numbers with Planned numbers and identify reasons for differences.
Treasury & Forex transactions management and compliance with transfer pricing laws. Investments in highly liquid funds to generate interest income.
Monitor Direct and Opex costs for APAC Entities and ensure optimization of current business processes to achieve efficiencies and reduce operational costs.
Drive Microsoft D365 ERP Implementation in APAC Region Entities.
Implementation of Industry best practices like automation of processes, creation of one data base and use of data science to extract business reporting. Digitalization of Business processes by implementing IT systems. Design standardized & Internal controls compliant business processes
Your Profile
Chartered Accountant with minimum 7 years of Post qualification experience. Excellent communication & Presentation skills.
Minimum 7 Years of Post qualification, professional experience of working with Large, Medium multinational organizations in Global environment. Have worked with Service or consulting organizations.
Practical experience in managing Global stakeholders and collaborating with associates stationed in other countries.
Good Business understanding and acumen.
Experience in delivering finance and business processes of APAC region entities.
Experience in implementing Microsoft D365 Finance Module is a big plus. Any other ERP implementation in finance and controlling module is a Plus.
Practical exposure working on Power BI / Tableau data presentation software s.
Involved in setting up monthly/ Annual budgets and driving efficiencies and optimizing costs. Doing monthly rolling forecasts on key financial metrics ( Sales, GP, COS, OPEX, Operating Income Etc).
Ability to collaborate with Global Teams and Stakeholders. Collaboration with Multiple stakeholders, in global matrix environment.
Exposure in Digitalization of processes. ERP Implementations, BOT implementations, Integration of functions.
