Role : Senior Manager - Finance

Location : Hyderabad

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Overall, In charge and responsible for all Inflow and Outflow at Hyderabad campus
  • Ensure NIL revenue leakages with continuous monitoring
  • Supervise and review day to day transactions and continuous monitoring of 12 team members and ensure smooth functioning of all the areas
  • Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day transactions like ERP Entries, Incoming Receipts, BRS, Internal customers, External customers
  • Annual Budget preparation and continuous monitoring of Budget Vs Actuals report and share it with Leadership team on monthly basis
  • Ensure closing of accounts Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly, Yearly and conduct the audit trial for the same
  • Review and Reconciliations of statutory compliance and ensure to closure of the same within the due dates (PT, PF, ESI, TDS, GST)
  • Preparation of Quarterly MIS Report and ensure to Reconcile with the books of accounts and share the same with HO.
  • Financial planning and analysis and Reconciliation etc.,
  • Attend weekly Leadership team meetings and ensure to solve the difficulties raised by leaders and address the same on the priority basis and ensure to attend and resolve all Internal and external customers queries with topmost priority.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of all the areas like Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchase, Mess Store etc.,
  • Review and monitor all the deliverables by team members with tracking mechanisms and ensure to complete the tasks by specified timelines
  • Always keep in touch with DFO's, CFO, Central Purchase Team, HOD's, HOI's, ProVc, Resident Director and ensure to resolve the queries raised by them with utmost care.
  • Payroll Review and advise the salaries and ensure remittance of statutory compliance within the due date.
  • Overview all purchase related activities of the university and review and publish monthly reports to HO
  • Prepare and circulate quarterly MIS report to HO.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Preferably Chartered Accountant with prior experience in Accounting & Finance is a must.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
