Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as the Head of Department (HoD) - Finance & Accounts at Innocule, Bhubaneswar. The role involves overseeing financial operations, budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The HoD will lead the Finance & Accounts department and collaborate with stakeholders to drive financial performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in financial management, accounting, compliances and strategic financial planning
• Managing Investor relations
• Develop and implement accounting and finance policies and procedures.
• Create and manage the yearly performance calendar.
• Oversee yearly budgeting, including setting hourly rates and periodic forecasting.
• Develop and manage strategic plan documents
• Manage banking relationships and fund management.
• Oversee accounts receivable, credit checks, inventory management, and foreign exchange management.
• Implement risk management strategies and oversee disbursements.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree with Chartered Accountant or Cost and Management Accountant. An additional MBA degree will be a plus
