A Brief Overview
The Workplace Services team is responsible for establishing and operating TriNet facilities. We govern the full lifecycle of our facilities, from leasing, design, and construction to ongoing operations and maintenance. Our team plays a critical role in the workplace experiences that our colleagues have every day! The Facilities Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing facility operations in a 113k sq ft facility in Hyderabad, India located in the Hi-Tech city neighborhood. This role will also manage a small team of maintenance and facilities colleagues.

What You Will Do
- Work closely with senior leaders, property management, and service providers to provide a safe, comfortable, and productive work environment for TriNet employees
- Be an active partner to the business and other service departments, such as Administrative Services, Information Technology, Procurement, and Security & Safety
- Manage the build out with technical knowledge of building out a new floor and monitoring progress to ensure efficiency and quality including overseeing a team of contractors for building maintenance
- Manage facility operations and quality including housekeeping, cafeteria & catering vendors, health inspections, local employee transportation route scheduling and efficiency, parking and valet, etc.
- Business Continuity Planning (BCP) Readiness & Fire Drills, Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and Environmental, Social Governance ESG and Emergency Response Team
- Liaise with Software Technology Park India or Software Export Zone and other statutory authorities
- Network with associations of similar companies
- Manage preventative maintenance activities to ensure the TriNet facilities are maintained to a high standard and meet company uptime requirements
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and office stakeholders; HR, Talent Acquisition, Administrative Services to drive a positive employee experience
- Fosters a learning culture within the team focused on coaching, regular feedback, accountability, and development that energizes colleagues.
- Support ongoing strategic space planning activities and directly lead the tactical plan
- Manage moves, adds, changes, furniture reconfigurations, and ergonomic installations
- Foster strong working relationships with critical 3rd party services providers
- Participate on lease administration and real estate transaction projects
- Participate in the preparation of the annual budget (ex. OPEX, CapEx)
- Performs other duties as assigned

Education Qualifications
Experience Qualifications
- Typically 8+ years of experience in Facilities Management, Project Management, Property Management, or related field
- Prior experience running a Multinational Corporation Global Capability Center (GCC)
- Prior experience managing a small team
Skills And Abilities
- Proven experience in corporate and commercial real estate transactions and technical knowledge on site build out
- Working experience creating processes, participating in audits, disaster recovery and flexible workspace programs
- Basic understanding of building construction and systems, i.e., electrical, HVAC, fire suppression, backup power, low voltage data cabling
- Provide excellent customer service to all colleagues in the organization
- Willingness and ability to proactively build strong, collaborative relationships with TriNet leaders, office stakeholders, colleagues, and vendors
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions
- Ability to operate with discretion and maintain absolute confidentiality
- Great troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal, written, communication, and interpersonal skills both in English and local language
- Ability to communicate and connect with employees at all levels of the organization and with the various authorities and inspectors when needed
- Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure and professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; AutoCAD experience a plus

- Work in a professional office environment that runs 24/5; routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers/printers, etc.
