Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an EPIC Certified Data Analyst with SQL and SSIS skills at EXL in Noida. The role involves analyzing data, creating data pipelines, and communicating insights to drive business decisions. You will utilize your expertise in SQL and SSIS to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Must have worked on Epic; and Epic Certification is must. Epic Revenue Data Model Certification is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Design and implement data extraction processes using SQL and SSIS.
- Develop and maintain ETL processes to ensure data integrity and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
- Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure accuracy of reports.
- Assist in the development of data models and data architecture.
- Provide support for ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests.
Qualifications
- Min. 2 years experienced with EPIC.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying.
- Strong experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
