Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the system accounting integration department.
  • Handle and resolve day-to-day tickets efficiently and promptly.
  • Monitor Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for interface exceptions, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operations.
  • Conduct regular testing during the quarterly patch cycle to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Analyze repeat tickets to identify recurring issues and resolve problem tickets promptly.
  • Undertake bug fixing and minor enhancements in custom reports to improve system functionality.
  • Utilize Oracle Fusion for various tasks and operations, demonstrating a high level of proficiency.
  • Implement path management strategies to ensure efficient and effective system operations.
  • Leverage OIC integration to streamline and enhance system processes.
  • Utilize Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Database Cloud Service (DBCS) for various tasks and operations.
  • Collaborate with team and other departments to ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members, fostering a learning environment.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Prepare and present reports on system performance and operations to senior management.
  • Participate in system audits and implement recommendations for improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of system accounting integration strategies and initiatives.
  • Integration development and Administration
  • Building integrations using REST and SOAP web services
  • OIC Agent Configuration and Rest/Soap/ATP Connection Configuration
  • End-to-end integration flows between various systems (Oracle and Non-Oracle)
  • Monitoring Debug and support
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in system accounting and integration.
  • .Technical triage of tickets raised by finance users
    .Support BPO and Month End process
    .Quarterly patch cycle testing
    .Repeat Ticket Analysis and Resolve Problem tickets

Qualifications:

  • Hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Possess 6-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in system accounting integration.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Oracle Fusion, ticket handling, path management, OIC integration, VBCS, and DBCS.
  • Have professional certifications in Oracle Fusion or related fields.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze repeat tickets and resolve problem tickets.
  • Show experience in testing during the quarterly patch cycle.
  • Possess experience in bug fixing and minor enhancements in custom reports.
  • Display strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage and oversee daily operations efficiently.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in system accounting and integration.
  • Have experience in providing training and guidance to junior team members.
  • Exhibit strong report preparation and presentation skills.
  • Show experience in participating in system audits and implementing recommendations for improvement.
  • Possess a strong understanding of company policies and industry regulations.
  • Have experience in developing and implementing system accounting integration strategies and initiatives.
  • Good to have certifications in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), and Database Cloud Service (DBCS).
