Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Language Training to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive language training programs for our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in language education, training program design, and team management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee language training programs for employees at all levels within the organization.
- Manage a team oflanguage instructors and trainers to ensure the delivery of high-quality language learning experiences as a master trainer.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of language training initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify language training needs and align programs with business objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in language education to enhance training offerings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Education, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Certification in language teaching or training (e.g., TESOL, CELTA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in language education or corporate training.
- Strong leadership and management skills with ability to lead a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with employees and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in multiple languages and a deep understanding of language learning methodologies.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and language learning software.
