Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager / Senior Business Analyst to support delivery of impactful presentations, manage action tracking, and communicate project progress. You will transform data and insights into compelling visual stories, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies and deliver key presentations, including MBRs, QBRs, client-facing, and internal decks.

Key Responsibilities:

Presentations & Storytelling:

• Create high-quality presentations including MBRs, QBRs, client-facing, and internal decks.
• Use storytelling techniques to ensure clarity and engagement.
• Analyze data to create clear, compelling visuals (charts, dashboards).
• Present insights concisely for executive audiences.
• Refine content based on feedback to align with business goals.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Gather inputs from teams and ensure consistent messaging.
• Align presentations with leadership's / clients strategic priorities.

Project & Action Tracking:

• Track project actions, ensuring timely completion of key tasks.
• Collaborate across teams to monitor progress and update stakeholders.

Reporting:

• Develop executive summaries and standardized reports on project progress.

Skills & Qualifications:

5-8 years of experience in project management or business analysis, focused on presentations and data analysis.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Excel.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira).

Communication & Storytelling:

• Strong written and verbal skills, with experience crafting executive-level presentations.

Attention to Detail:

• High accuracy and clarity in data and presentations.
