Senior Manager of Product Management Role Summary This role is responsible for driving product management, solutions support and innovation, and project leadership within EXL Health's Healthcare Payment Integrity Business Unit. Focused on delivering scalable solutions and aligning with strategic goals, this position combines product roadmap development, cross-functional collaboration, and project execution to ensure impactful and competitive outcomes. Key Responsibilities Product Management (60%): - Product Roadmap Development: Design and manage the roadmap for existing and new products, aligning with evolving client needs and market demands.
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee products through their lifecycle, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and market relevance.
- Market Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to shape and scale the unit's market strategy, focusing on modernization and strategic growth.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary voice of the product, engaging stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives and resonate with clients.
Solutions Support & Innovation (20%): - Solution Design & Customization: Work with cross-functional teams (product, sales, technical experts) to develop tailored solutions for clients, aligning with their strategic goals.
- Industry Research: Stay updated on healthcare and payer industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to keep EXL ahead of market demands.
- Client Strategy & Messaging: Craft storyboards, solution presentations, and sales pitches to enhance client engagement and product positioning.
- Marketing & Sales Support: Develop supporting materials, including case studies, product demonstrations, and videos, to enable business development efforts.
Project Leadership (20%): - Project Planning & Execution: Plan, manage, and execute projects within defined timelines and budgets, ensuring regular updates and alignment with project expectations.
- Issue Resolution & Process Optimization: Identify potential roadblocks proactively, address challenges, and continuously seek process improvements for optimized project flow.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a liaison between departments to keep momentum and ensure successful project outcomes through collaboration and alignment with leadership.
Education - Bachelor's Degree required MBA preferred.
Skills and Experience - Experience: 8-12 years of product management/ownership experience in Healthcare IT products that handles claims processing, claims management, revenue cycle management, clinical data analytics
- Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL, Excel, and process visualization tools strong presentation skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Visio).
Soft Skills - Leadership & Collaboration: Proven project management skills, relationship-building, and ability to drive projects across teams.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong research, analysis, and problem-solving abilities to adapt within a dynamic healthcare environment.
