Basic Functions
- Supervise and manage a team, including setting goals and objectives, providing guidance and support, and conducting performance evaluations.

Data Strategy and Vision:
- Define and execute the data management strategy aligned with the organization's goals.
- Set policies and standards for data governance, quality, and security to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Champion data as a strategic asset, promoting a data-driven culture across the organization.
Data Governance And Quality
- Lead data governance initiatives to ensure data is consistently accurate, complete, and usable.
- Develop and implement data quality frameworks and oversee data cleansing, standardization, and validation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and monitor key data quality metrics and proactively address quality issues.
Data Architecture And Integration
- Work with IT teams to establish a scalable and secure data architecture that supports business needs.
- Oversee data integration efforts, ensuring seamless connectivity and flow of data across platforms.
- Lead initiatives for metadata management, data cataloging, and data lineage tracking.
Data Security And Compliance
- Ensure that data management practices adhere to all relevant privacy laws and regulations (e.g., HIPPA).
- Collaborate with IT and compliance teams to secure data assets and mitigate risks related to data security breaches.
- Manage data access policies to ensure appropriate levels of access based on roles and responsibilities.
Data Analytics And Reporting
- Support data analytics teams by providing clean, accessible data and supporting self-service data initiatives.
- Establish and oversee data reporting frameworks that meet business needs and KPIs.
Stakeholder Engagement And Collaboration
- Partner with business leaders, data scientists, and analysts to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that drive insights and decision-making.
- Act as the primary point of contact for data management, ensuring alignment with the organization's business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to improve data practices and develop new data capabilities.

- SQL Server 2016 & Later versions, SQL Business Intelligence tools (SSIS & SSRS).
- Experience in Azure Env, Data Bricks, ADF
- Expertise in US Healthcare Insurance.
- Basic Programming knowledge in Python, Spark, HIVE
- Strong understanding of data management, governance, and quality frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK).
- Proficiency with data management tools, data governance software, and data analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with database technologies, data lakes, cloud platforms, and ETL processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience managing data privacy, security, and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts.
