Lead the development and optimization of scalable knowledge graphs to facilitate data-driven insights and decision-making.
Build and train machine learning models, including neural networks and deep learning architectures, to solve complex problems
Fine-tune and optimize large language models (LLMs) for specific use cases, ensuring high performance and relevance.
Drive end-to-end AI solution design, from data preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring. Drive the integration of AI solutions into existing systems and processes, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop AI solutions that meet those needs.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging AI technologies and trends, and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement in AI solutions.
Ensure all AI solutions are developed in line with best practice guidelines and comply with relevant regulations and standards. Contribute to the development of best practices and coding standards within the team and organization
Oversee the documentation of AI solutions, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
Lead the training and development of team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to effectively contribute to AI projects.
Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of any issues with AI solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to users. Drive the continuous improvement of AI solutions, leveraging feedback and performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the seamless integration of AI solutions into existing systems and processes.
Qualifications
Must Have-
Hold a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree, or equivalent qualification.
Possess 7-9 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on Generative AI, artificial neural networks, and machine learning.
Demonstrate advanced knowledge of cloud technologies, with a particular focus on Azure.
Exhibit experience in building ML Models, training Neural Networks, fine-tuning LLMs.
Strong analytical skills, with a deep understanding of statistics, machine learning, and AI techniques.
Knowledge of Basic Linux
Good to have-
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of delivering AI-driven solutions in production environments.
Possess a certification in Azure or other relevant cloud technologies would be an added advantage.
Show a strong understanding of the principles and practices of machine learning and artificial neural networks.
Experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Ray).
Experience with deploying and managing AI models in production using MLOps best practices.
Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Contributions to open-source AI projects or publications in the field of machine learning, AI, or NLP.
