Senior Manager - ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and Analytics

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and Analytics Manager to oversee property management operations within our Business Park. This role requires a strong focus on sustainability practices, data analytics, and strategic decision-making to enhance the overall performance and value of the business park.

Responsibilities:

1. ESG Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement comprehensive ESG strategies aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

- Identify key environmental, social, and governance risks and opportunities within the business park's operations.

- Align with organization's global policy on ESG and set the targets to achieve.

2. Sustainability Initiatives:

- Lead initiatives to improve energy efficiency, water conservation & zero liquid discharge, responsible waste management, reduce carbon footprint, and promote sustainable practices

across the business park.

- Collaborate with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders to implement sustainable solutions and programs.

- Adapting suitable reporting tools on sustainability and familiarize with latest technology.

- Understanding on various certification programs relating to sustainability

3. Data Analytics:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to property performance, energy consumption, and ESG metrics.

- Utilize analytics tools and methodologies to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

- Generate reports and insights to support strategic decision-making and communicate progress on ESG goals.

6. Risk Management:

- Identify potential ESG-related risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard the business park's reputation and financial performance.

- Stay informed about emerging ESG trends, regulations, and industry benchmarks to proactively address challenges and opportunities.

7. Operations

-Well versed in dynamics of property management operations

- Expertise in buildings sustainability profiling and commercial real estate industry benchmarking

- Customer relationship management skills

- Acquaintance about buildings MEP design parameters and analytics

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Environmental Science/Sustainability/Real Estate/Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Proven experience (10+ years) in property management, real estate, or related fields, with a focus on ESG and sustainability.

- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) to interpret and communicate ESG metrics.

- Excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills.
