Role Overview:
As an ERP Manager specializing in SAP Rise / Oracle Fusion, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the ERP Applications. Your primary goal is to ensure optimal performance, alignment with business processes, and successful adoption of the ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:
- ERP Implementation:
- Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of all relevant modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and customize ERP functions.
- Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and data.
- System Configuration and Maintenance:
- Configure ERP Applications to meet organizational needs.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply necessary patches and updates.
- Collaborate with IT staff to optimize system functionality.
- Business Process Alignment:
- Work closely with department heads to understand business processes and translate them into system requirements.
- Customize workflows, approval processes, and reporting structures within Oracle Fusion.
- Change Management:
- Develop change management strategies to facilitate user adoption.
- Train end-users on ERP features and best practices.
- Address user queries and provide ongoing support.
- Security and Compliance:
- Ensure data security, access controls, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with security teams to implement robust security measures.
- Vendor Management:
- Liaise with ERP support and consulting services for technical assistance.
- Evaluate third-party tools or add-ons to enhance functionality.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in Oracle Fusion / SAP Rise implementation and management.
- Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist) are advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
