The Senior Manager, Enterprise Applications role is responsible for all Operations associated with our Enterprise Application Stack, comprising Vendor Selection, Implementation, Integration, Training, Adoption, Usage, Engagement, Replacement, Reliability, Application Development, Service Desk.
Vendor Management
Identifying best-fit modern vendorsDrafting RFIs and RFPsConducting demos and bake-offsAssisting Pricing and contractingKeeping abreast with the latest developments and scheduling replacements
Implementation and Integration
Forming an indepth understanding of each Enterprise App and every feature and capabilityArchitecting the integration into our organizational Enterprise App Stack including SSO, Data Lake, Reliability Monitoring, AnalyticsOverseeing the Implementation, Configuration of the Enterprise App and seamless migration from existing systems
Adoption and Engagement
