As the Senior Manager of Employer Branding, you'll be the architect of our talent narrative, crafting and executing a comprehensive strategy that attracts and retains top talent. You'll have the opportunity to shape our external image, amplify our EVP, and ultimately, make us the employer of choice in our industry.
Duties & Responsibilities
Internal Communications Strategy:
- Design and implement an internal communications strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and values.
- Develop and execute communication plans for key initiatives, including organizational changes, employee engagement programs, benefits and rewards, and internal events.
- Create compelling and engaging content for various communication channels, such as intranet, emails, videos, and social collaboration platforms.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all internal communication channels.
- Crafting and delivering key messages to employees through the leadership team.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Employee Experience And Advocacy
- Foster a culture of engagement and advocacy by developing and implementing initiatives that promote employee involvement and pride in the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive employee recognition and reward programs, employee surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
- Develop strategies to amplify positive employee experiences and stories internally and externally, leveraging social media and other platforms.
Employer Brand Monitoring And Analytics
- Monitor and analyze the organization's employer brand perception through various channels, including social media, review sites, and employee feedback.
- Utilize analytics tools and metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of employer branding and internal communication initiatives.
- Generate regular reports and insights to leadership on the success of employer branding and internal communication efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to employer branding and internal communications.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Master's degree a plus
- 10+ years of work experience, with at least 5+ years of work experience in Employer Branding.
- Experience in developing and executing successful employer branding and internal communications campaigns.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Collaborative and strategic mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in employer branding and internal communications.
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Exceptional communications and presentation skills.
