Boeing India Engineering and Technology Center (BIETC) has an immediate opening for a
Senior Manager Electronic Products who will be responsible for developing and managing electronics engineering function. This position will be located at Boeing India Engineering and Technology Center, Bangalore, India.
Position Responsibilities:
- Electronic Products spans across Power, Digital, Analog, ASICs, electromechanical packaging, support test equipment and component engineering. Electronic Products organization develops high reliability electronics for commercial, space & defense aircraft applications.
- Responsible for people management, execution, capability & capacity development and driving functional excellence for the organization.
- Ability to understand, establish and maintain stakeholder relationships across the globe.
- Ability to build and nurture high performance teams and create a highly motivating organizational culture.
- Ability to apply business acumen to create and partner with stakeholders, peers and teams across the organization to create & implement effective strategies for the organization.
- Ability to work in highly complex environments with multiple cross functional teams across the globe and demonstrate end-to-end accountability in execution.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering is a basic requirement with a minimum of 12 years experience in engineering with at least 3 years in leadership position preferably in an aerospace company.
- Developing leaders: Ability to develop front line managers across the portfolio thereby driving execution excellence.
- Ability to challenge the status quo and work with stakeholders and teams to implement effective decisions for the organization.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic agility and ability to prioritize and deliver in complex situations.
- Organizational agility willing to adapt and foster a positive, motivating, transparent culture within the teams.
- Ability to operate and deliver in highly ambiguous situations.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (preferably in Electrical/ Electronic or equivalent discipline) Minimum of 12 years experience in engineering with at least 3 years in leadership position preferably in an aerospace company. A master's degree in business administration will be a plus.
