JOB DESCRIPTION: - Senior / AM Electric Vehicle Integration & Testing
B.Tech- Electrical Engineering, EV mandator
Experience: 5- 6 Years
As an Electrical Engineer specializing in Electric Power train, Drive train & CAN Data, you will play a pivotal role in our vehicle Integration and Testing.
Wire Harness Design: Designing and prototyping wire harnesses for the electric three-wheeler, ensuring optimal routing, connectivity, and durability.
Electric Power Train Setup: Led the setup and integration of electric power trains into prototype vehicles, including motors, controllers, batteries, and associated components.
CAN Data Analysis: Proficiently interpreting and analyzing CAN bus data to optimize vehicle performance, diagnose issues, and enhance system efficiency.
Prototyping: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to prototype and iterate on vehicle designs, integrating feedback and optimizing components for performance and manufacturability.
Testing and Validation: Conducting thorough testing and validation of prototype vehicles, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Documentation: Maintaining detailed documentation of design iterations, test results, and technical specifications for future reference and continuous improvement.
Problem Solving: Identifying and addressing technical challenges encountered during prototyping, implementing innovative solutions to overcome obstacles and meet project timelines.
QUALIFICATIONS: -
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in designing wire harnesses and electric power trains.
Proficiency in CAN bus communication protocols and data analysis tools.
Experience with prototyping, testing, and validation of automotive systems is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
Passion for electric vehicles and sustainable transportation solutions.
Pay: 45,000 - 60,000 per month
