We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, eCommerce to drive our direct-to-consumer (D2C) growth strategy and lead our online sales initiatives to drive revenue growth across digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering substantial eCommerce growth, with deep expertise in pricing strategies, proposition development, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with our business goals and customer needs.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative D2C eCommerce strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets
- Manage the development of digital travel propositions for customers, such as personalised recommendations, dynamic packages, and loyalty rewards.
- Lead pricing and proposition development initiatives to enhance our competitive position
- Manage the end-to-end online sales funnel, from acquisition to conversion to retention, and optimise the customer journey to maximise sales.
- Spearhead Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) efforts to improve user experience and increase sales
- Analyse and report on the ecommerce performance, using data and insights to identify opportunities, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of eCommerce initiatives
- Stay updated on the online travel industry trends, competitors, customer behaviour, and best practices, and leverage them to inform the digital commerce strategy and tactics.
Requirements - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, e-commerce, or related field. MBA preferred
- Minimum 7 years of experience in ecommerce, with a focus on D2C growth strategies.
- Demonstrable success in driving significant revenue growth through eCommerce
- Strong knowledge of online travel industry, customer behaviour, and market dynamics.
- Deep expertise in pricing strategies and proposition development for online travel
- Proven track record in implementing successful CRO initiatives
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data and insights to drive results.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail in implementing complex initiatives
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
- Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems
