Senior Manager - Disaster Recovery Governance

This role is the coordinator of DR Governance activities for the PepsiCo's Global Disaster Recovery Program for several sectors and deliver our DR services to safeguard our Production Data Centers according to Sector's needs. The individual will operate within a diverse team located across the globe and coordinate closely with our Infrastructure, Application, and Sectors teams to manage DR replication enrollments, DR Plans creation and updates and execute planned DR testing events to prove our readiness to respond to disasters, side by side with our Managed Service Providers.

• Responsible of coordinate DR program activities like DR replication onboarding for critical applications, documentation of DR Plans, and DR Tests exercises support, according to the DR Program.
• Responsible to coordinate DR tests exercises according to DR Policy, Framework, and processes of the Global DR Program
• Coordinate DR activities with our Managed service providers according to contractual definitions.
• Lead engagements with Infrastructure, Sector, and Application teams to address DR gaps and needs for DR replication, DR Plans and DR tests exercises readiness activities, prior to Test dates according to DR methodologies.
• Address DR Test gaps with service owners in all sectors and track all DR remediation plans as needed.
• Coordinate interactions with Corporate Audit and IT Controls organizations for internal audits and monitoring of Disaster Recovery risks.
• Coordinate engagements with Infrastructure, Sector, and Application teams to address enrollments gaps, gaps in configurations and design, support new DR capabilities delivered by our CTO org, and coordinate planned exercises to highlight DR capabilities and our ability to recover from disaster level events.
• Support and coordinate the Implementation and execution of the DR Strategy according to PepsiCo DR Policy, DR Framework, and processes in CGF sector.

• 8+ years of experience with Disaster Recovery methodologies and processes according to best industry standards
• Proficiency with DR technologies to support Network resiliency and Infrastructure availability for Servers, Storage, Data, Databases, platforms (Linux, Windows, HPUX), virtualization, including replication and Orchestration technologies.
• 2+ years of experience on SNOW BCM tool.
• Understanding of Backup and Recovery technologies and their role in Disaster Recovery
• Understanding of Cloud services technologies and their role in Disaster Recovery process
• Understanding of DR replication tools for on-premises IT services like VMware - SRM, Storage replication, Zerto, Rubrik B&R solution
• Understanding of DR replication tools for Cloud IT services like Azure Site Recovery (ASR), Hana System Replication (HSR), Zerto
• Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities with Excel and PowerPoint
