Role Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Compensation and Benefits professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Radford data analysis and management, budget management, global compensation and benefits strategy development, and market analysis within the realm of compensation and benefits. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of global compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, market trends, and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Data Analysis and Management: Utilize Radford data and other relevant sources for comprehensive analysis and interpretation of compensation and benefits trends across ConcertAI associated locations, including US, India, and others.
- Budget Management: Monitor expenditure against targets and implement adjustments for financial sustainability. Provide regular reporting on budget performance and variance analysis to senior leadership.
- Compensation and Benefits Strategy Building: Collaborate on developing competitive strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Market Analysis on Global Compensation and Benefits: Conduct benchmarking to evaluate competitiveness. Stay updated on industry trends and legislative changes.
- Policy Development and Compliance: Develop and revise policies in compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines governing compensation and benefits for all ConcertAI locations, ensuring consistent adherence across the organization.
- Data Visualization: Utilize tools like Tableau, Power BI for impactful presentation of compensation data is a plus.
- Global Compensation Management: Manage programs across regions, considering international regulations and cultural nuances.
- Executive Compensation: Understand and implement principles of executive compensation.
- Employee Communication and Education: Develop strategies to effectively communicate changes in compensation and benefits.
- Total Rewards Integration: Integrate compensation and benefits with other elements of the employee value proposition.
Additional Responsibilities
- Vendor Management: Ensure quality service delivery from external vendors.
- Mergers and Acquisitions Integration: Lead integration of global compensation and benefits programs post M&A activities.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to compensation and benefits programs.
- Technology Utilization: Leverage HR technology platforms to enhance processes and improve data accuracy.
Skills And Experience
- 10+ years of compensation and benefits management experience, focusing on Radford data.
- Proven budget management and financial analysis skills.
- Strong analytical skills for complex data interpretation.
- Excellent understanding of global compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute effective strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Certification such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is a plus.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
