  • Required to identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility (IVR, Live chat & WhatsApp bot)
  • The person would create solutions based on in-depth evaluation of variable factors & get the same approved from relevant stakeholders
  • Work closely with IT, Delivery & other stakeholders to implement the solution
  • Track and monitor the effectiveness of the solution/project delivered
  • Improve existing technology assets & improve KPI's defined
  • Comprehensive understanding of business processes & CX business
  • Ability to support & lead small size teams
