Roles and Responsibilities
Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing, with prior exposure to B2C marketing is a must.
Digital Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
Campaign Management:
- Plan implement and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
Content Marketing:
- Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and shareable content for various digital platforms.
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
SEO and SEM Optimization:
- Lead SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns to maximize ROI.
Social Media Management:
- Oversee social media strategy, content planning, and community management.
- Leverage social media channels to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign effectiveness.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage digital marketing budgets effectively.
- Monitor expenses and allocate resources efficiently to achieve optimal results.
Experience and Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, a master s degree is preferred.
- Specialized certifications in marketing strategy, digital marketing, or relevant areas would be advantageous.
- Demonstrated expertise in customer experience design and a deep understanding of digital technologies.
- Proven academic achievements and a commitment to staying updated on industry trends through continuous learning.
- Strong background in business strategy and innovation, aligning with our organizational goals.
- Relevant coursework or experience in marketing analytics, brand management, and market research is desirable.
