Founded in 2016, Coding Ninjas is one of the largest online coding EdTech companies in India. Imparting knowledge is of utmost importance to us and it is our mission to bridge the skill gap between colleges and industry. We teach 50,000+ students annually through our online platform with an aim to help college students and working professionals upskill themselves for rewarding employment prospects.
Coding Ninjas was founded by Ankush Singla, Kannu Mittal and Dhawal Parate, dawning from an educational background of IITs and Stanford who bring onboard their rich working experience in companies like Amazon, Facebook, Cars24, and other top startups in India. As pioneers in EdTech, we are continuously working on curating student-centric learning programs and are progressing towards becoming the de facto coding education company in India.
The company has raised more than 22 Million USD till date and is a subsidiary of InfoEdge (Naukri.com, IIMJobs, Jeevansathi,etc.) with the latter, acquiring a majority stake in Coding Ninjas.

As a Senior Manager in Digital Marketing at codingninjas.com, you will be
responsible for leading and executing our digital marketing strategies to drive user
acquisition and revenue growth. You will play a pivotal role in developing and
implementing innovative campaigns across various digital channels to effectively
reach our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including but not limited to lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEM, SEO, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Analyse campaign performance metrics and KPIs to track ROI, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimise campaigns.
- Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive performance and achieve goals.
- Handle large-scale budgets of at least 2 Crore/month, ensuring effective allocation and optimization to maximise ROI.
- Leverage your expertise in handling large volumes of data and analysing complex data sets to derive actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrate gravitas in managing multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, external agencies, and senior leadership, to drive key strategic initiatives and projects forward.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, content, design, and sales teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to continuously enhance our strategies and tactics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from Tier I/II college; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving results and managing successful campaigns.
- Strong expertise in various digital marketing channels and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, DV360, Taboola etc.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, foster collaboration, and drive performance.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and influence stakeholders effectively.
- ROI-driven mindset with a focus on maximising returns and optimising resources.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation in digital marketing.
