Job Summary

Trade Performance Leader will be responsible to drive revenue growth across multiple trades using data-driven insights. The leader will focus on optimizing the trade experience for PRO customers from inspiration to installation, improving metrics such as Average Order Value (AOV), conversion rates, and availability, while reducing cancellations and returns. S(he) will collaborate with Product / Tech teams to drive improvements & optimization initiatives in the shopping journey for PRO customers to improve the overall Trade experience. The Leader will also be required to work with multiple cross functional teams like Merchandising, Inventory Planning, Stores, Site Operations and Supply chain for optimization projects based on the Trade requirement. S(he) will have to set up the governance structure to track performance & measure success for various optimization initiatives (in $ terms).

Roles & Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

  • In-depth Trade Analysis: Gain a comprehensive understanding of each trade segment to identify key drivers for revenue growth. Analyze trade-specific trends and drivers to create targeted strategies for revenue enhancement.
  • Revenue Optimization: Identify and capitalize on new opportunities and improvements within existing channels to boost revenue, conversion rates, and AOV for respective trade. Drive initiatives to pinpoint key SKUs that significantly impact trade revenue. Collaborate with merchandising teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and availability.
  • Insight-Driven Data Backed Recommendations: Generate actionable insights and provide strategic recommendations at the trade, SKU, and brand levels to foster growth and optimize performance.
  • Performance Governance Structure: Establish and maintain a robust governance framework to monitor all critical performance metrics for each trade, including post-purchase elements Returns & Delivery SLAs.
  • Enhanced Shopping Experience: Collaborate with Product, Tech, and site operations teams to create a seamless and immersive shopping experience for PRO customers, aligned with their behavior throughout the shopping funnel.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Merchandising, Inventory Planning, Stores, and Supply Chain teams by sharing PRO customers performance insights w.r.t to offers, promotions, exclusive deals, quick delivery & Trade specific events to make it more relevant for PROs
  • Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor competitor platforms across desktop, mobile, and app to deliver competitive customer shopping experience to PROs on Lowes.com
  • Leverage Organizational Capabilities: Stay informed about new capabilities being developed across the organization and identify those that can be utilized to deliver greater value to PRO customers.

Years Of Experience

  • 8+ years of total experience
  • 3+ years of experience in E-commerce, preferably Growth or Category Management Role
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Experience in working with US based companies (preferred)
  • Experience with Excel, Adobe, Power BI, Tableau, DART (or similar analysis tools)

Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)

Required Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

Business, Finance, Data Science, Economics, or Related Field

Required

Master's degree

MBA or Related Field

Skill Set Required

Primary Skills (must have)

  • End to end understanding of Ecommerce purchase funnel
  • Experience in omnichannel retail preferred
  • High Focus on Customer needs identification
  • Understanding of Growth levers & Conversion drivers in Ecommerce business
  • Identification of key metrices & improvement drivers
  • Effective cross geography (US) and functional (Online Merchandising Org, Technology, Product) Stakeholder management
  • Strong execution skills and able to drive transformational projects

Secondary Skills (desired)

  • Advanced Excel
  • SQL
  • Power BI, Tableau
