Job Description

This role will ensure markets get effective and quality support from GCC. Demand Planner will lead an early and often demand mgmt and will track performance and quality.
The Demand Planner will foster strong partnerships to drive customer client success. As such, it plays a critical role in the organizations growth and sustained excellence. This position requires a combination of problem solving, collaboration with senior business leaders & workforce management skills.
  • Partner with sector POC during AOP to create annual demand plan for each DX service.
  • Work directly with BU/Customer teams to adjust demand on a quarterly & monthly basis & manage prioritization of unplanned demand requests.
  • Work with GCC product leads/managers to ensure adequate capacity to deliver on market demand.
  • Provide formal decision rights and accountability to Markets, Sectors and Global so demand can be used as input for chargeback and resourcing.
  • Establish disciplined processes and global standardization.
  • The demand planner will also lead governance connects with respective sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Capture and align on expected service demand, including estimating non-forecastable demand or capacity expectations
  • Lead demand prioritization activities with in-market teams needs through an established framework and escalation process
  • Understand current solution, tools, frequency, and outputs in the market
  • Monitor adherence to agreed service level agreements (SLAs) to meet im-market client expectations while ensuring effective resource support for service delivery
  • Evaluate in-market team satisfaction on service delivery, and collect and structure market feedback
  • Work with a team of associates, managers, and team leaders providing clear direction and support in executing strategies while fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture to achieve organizational goals

Qualifications

  • 8+ years experience in demand mgmt. processes and systems, including planning, workflow, visualization and project mgmt. tools
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and deliverables - ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects related to strategic alliances and client success, ensuring timely execution and alignment with org goals
  • Knowledge or experience in Category Mgmt., Space Transformation, Shopper Marketing, Perfect Store
  • Strong grasp of CPG industry processes related to commercial areas
  • Familiarity with knowledge management methods for organizing, capturing, transferring and using repositories and systems
  • Experienced in monitoring and tracking performance indicators and take actions to escalate and manage risks
  • Strategic planning and prioritization abilities according to business goals - experienced in managing projects, ensuring timely delivery, and driving cross-functional teams towards achieving project goals
  • Ability to function effectively in a team environment, collaborating with individuals across the organization
  • Client oriented and proactive engagement to promote new service delivery and drive service integration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels
