This role shall be responsible for dealing with corporate clients who are in need of corporate spaces in the local market, from start to finish. This includes managing and assisting with the overall coordination, collaboration, and development of market-leading marketing and business development content and sales support collateral.
About the Role:
- Identify, establish, and develop relationships with potential clients, key stakeholders, and industry partners to drive business growth and expand our market presence.
- Manage and nurture key accounts, understand their needs and challenges, and proactively deliver solutions to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Take an active role in presenting to clients, showcasing our solutions in a persuasive and engaging manner.
- Investigate and develop supply sources, submit for inclusion on the approved tender list and maintain communication with Suppliers on a regular basis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective business strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and create new business opportunities.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify potential areas for business growth and innovation.
About You:
- Previous experience in Real Estate market is preferred
- Experience within the Property industry is advantageous
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
