nThis role is responsible for overseeing all the logistics of a construction project. Duties may include creating work schedule for team, and allocating responsibilities.

nAbout the Role:

• nMonitoring the execution of work at site to ensure alignment to the drawings and specification.
• nEnsuring the workability and adherence to standards in the work statement/methodologies submitted by contractors for each item of work and ensuring the alignment to the same at site. Responsible for all site work related documentation for the assigned items of work.
• nAnticipate and flag imminent bottlenecks. Take steps to avoid delays. Furnish necessary reports of critical activities and super critical activities to client
• nAdvice contractors in enhancing the resource productivity by implementing various work study techniques
• nMonitor procurement of materials, equipment and labour by contractors with respect to the time schedule and advise them suitable measures for improvement
• nAssisting QA/QC in charge in ensuring all quality parameters are met.
• nAssisting the safety team in implementing the safety standards at site; provide all support for making job safety analysis.
• nEscalating to project manager about all abnormal developments with respect to progress of work, safety, quality, resources etc.

nAbout You:

• nB.E. Civil
• n8-12 Years & above of relevant experience
• nShould have completed at least 1-2 commercial projects end to end during the tenure
• nAt least 1 Hotel Project
• nCandidate working with Project Management Consultancy would be preferred
• nTechnical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works
• nExcellent organizational and motivational skills
• nOutstanding attention to detail and observation ability
• nExceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
