Key Highlights of the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 8 12 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Transaction Advisory, Fundraising from VC/PE investors, Transaction Structuring,

Management Consulting, Business Transformation, Due Diligence, Start-up Advisory, Family Office, Audit & Assurance, and International Tax.

The Senior Manager will play a key role in leading and managing complex transactions, advising clients on strategic initiatives, driving business growth and building teams.

Responsibilities:

Transaction Advisory:

Provide strategic and tactical advice on transaction structuring and execution.

Conduct detailed financial due diligence and risk assessment for potential transactions.

Prepare detailed transaction reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.

Design and implement optimal transaction structures to meet clients strategic and financial objectives.

Advise on legal, tax, and regulatory implications of various transaction structures.

Collaborate with legal and tax advisors to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Management Consulting & Business Transformation:

Lead business transformation projects, including organizational restructuring, process improvement, and performance optimization.

Provide strategic consulting services to clients, including market entry strategies, growth strategies, and operational enhancements.

Conduct comprehensive business assessments and develop actionable recommendations.

Provide strategic advisory services to start-ups, including business planning, market analysis, and fundraising support.

Due Diligence:

Oversee financial, operational, and strategic due diligence processes.

Identify potential risks and opportunities in target companies.

Prepare detailed due diligence reports and present findings to clients.

Mergers & Acquisition:

Lead and manage end-to-end M&A transactions, including deal origination, negotiation, and execution.

Conduct thorough financial analysis and valuation of target companies.

Develop and present comprehensive M&A strategies and recommendations to clients.

International Tax:

Advise clients on international tax planning and compliance.

Develop tax-efficient structures for cross-border transactions.

Stay abreast of changes in international tax laws and regulations.

Requirements of the Role:

8 to 12 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Transaction Advisory, Transaction Structuring, Management Consulting, Business Transformation, Due Diligence, Start-up Advisory, Family Office and International Tax.

Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.

Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex transactions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Relevant professional qualifications, CA preferred.
