We are seeking a talented individual to join our Compensation team at Mercer. This role will be based in Gurgaon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

What can you expect
The incumbent in this role will provide advanced analysis and generate complex reports from large databases; create and manipulate complex databases to manage employee data and competitive compensation data.
What is in it for you
We will count on you to:
Conduct market pricing activities by comparing OpCo pay to the market using published compensation surveys; analyze total cash compensation practices internally as well as externally; conducts job evaluation activities including job description/coding and maintenance; prepare advanced analytics and modeling in response to requests from leadership for pertinent data.
Act as point of contact on compensation matters for HR partners, handles requests for information from HR partners and escalates highly complex matters to the appropriate individual.
Act as an expert resource during year-end process by answering questions and/or escalating issue to manager; Consults with HR leaders and partners regarding market data to help them understand the data and application to their business need.
Manages intermediate to small sized projects, such as annual US market pricing, annual US survey participation, job evaluation implementation which have moderate impact on the organization.
Establishes project objectives and develop project plans, manages project timeline and resources and engages stakeholders seeking input from all relevant sources as well as communication of project information and updates to all stakeholders.
