Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Evaluating and modifying existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Designing cutting edge incentive programs which will help drive the company's ambitious growth plans
  • Conduct regular market benchmarking exercises, ensuring the company remains competitive from a salary perspective with respect to the market
  • Designing and implementing Long Term Incentive Programs
  • Ensuring all programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation.
  • Preparing and presenting regular MIS, dashboards etc to the management to facilitate data driven decision making
  • Preparing and managing the salaried overheads budget for the company

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • MBA in HR

REPORTING TO

  • Head - Compensation & Benefits (who reports to the Group CHRO)

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 2 to 5 Years
