Your day at NTT DATA
The Senior Contracts and Commercial Manager focus on business enablement and serve as an adviser to executives and responsible for implementing organizational goals, in line with GBS strategy.
What You'll Be Doing
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management:
- Build effective relationships with GBS customers both internal and external
- Manage, communicate, and drive any regular and / or ad hoc internal Commercial / Financial / Legal discussions and / or meetings with NTT and Service Providers and ensure objectives are achieved
Contracts Management:
- Managing contract obligations between Service Providers and NTT (the go-to person within GBS)
- Supervising contract execution to ensure full compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Ensure compliance with NTT Group Legal, Risk Compliance and Infosec standards & guidelines
- Responsible for Change Requests governance process with the Service Providers and NTT
- Support and manage contracts negotiations (including Change Requests) on any existing and additional scope of services
- Act as the conduit between NTT Group legal and the Service Providers
Commercial Management:
- Responsible for the overall commercials with the Service Providers including any change requests or operational true up/down adjustments
- Responsible for GBS P&L and business case
- Responsible for the monthly invoices received from the Service Providers are accurate and valid and payment are made timely
- Responsible for ensuring the charge variations from the Service Providers are aligned with the internal NTT stakeholders
- Lead commercial review and negotiations on any existing and additional scope of services
Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (Finance, Business Management preferred)
Required Experience:
- 8 10 years of experience in contracts and commercial including financial and pricing in a BPO related industry
- Working experience in Transactional Pricing, Change Control Process, Project Management
- Strong interpersonal skills able to build effective relationships with key stakeholders
- Conflict management & negotiation (overcomes obstacles to find mutual solutions)
- Customer focus (dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of customers)
- Problem solving (creative in identifying pragmatic solutions)
- Supplier management expertise in area of contracts and commercial: Experience working with a variety of Service Providers across the globe
- Experience working with confidential documents and understand confidentiality obligations.
- Fluent written and verbal communication and presentation skills (able to convey ideas concisely and persuasively)
- Willingness to work in a global environment where travel maybe required
