Job Description
- Increase the percentage of on-time payments by implementing strategies
- Implement automation tools/processes to streamline collection activities, resulting in reduction in manual effort.
- Help Tele- Collection Unit with various insights / campaigns to improve resolutions and make it effective cost optimized unit
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while pursuing debt collection activities to mitigate legal risks.
- Enhance credit risk assessment procedures to minimize the likelihood of default, leading to reduction in write-offs.
- Implement targeted strategies to recover overdue payments to increase collections from delinquent accounts.
- Devising cost optimal customized incentive policy for various product lines to achieve high performance inline with allocated budget.
