About The Role:
Team Collaboration:
* Learn the effective way of deal closure within the team, ensuring required documents.
* Coordinate with various departments (Customer Care, Marketing, Sales Peer Teams etc.) to ensure
* Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve sales targets.
* Managing the day-to-day activities of the sales team & Delegating tasks to team members.
* Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
* Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
* Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and
* Conducting quarterly performance reviews.
* Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
* Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
Sales Strategy and Development:
* To contribute and participate in the formulation and implementation of the sales strategy for the project.
* To participate in the conceptualization & launch of sales initiatives to maximize order booking for the
Project.
* To continuously track changing trends, price benchmarking, market dynamics, customer requirements
& feedback.
Business Intelligence:
* Keep abreast with relevant competitor details including price movements, construction activity, key
initiatives.
* Network effectively with peer teams and industry contacts to stay updated on key trends, developments,
market dynamics and potential business opportunities. Liaison with various departments to get deeper
product knowledge.
