Distributor Experience & Channel Support
- Distributor's onboarding should be seamlessly and in quickest TAT.
- Coordinating with Distributors for onboarding clients/ Additional investments / Redemptions/ Drawdown Payments Resolving distributors & their respective RM query
- Timely payout to distributor brokerages.
- Sufficient stationary is maintained for forms and PPM in coordination with Ops and vendors. Accurate SOA for customers are shared with the distributors on timely and adhoc basis. Coordination with distributors for submission of docs for onboarding.
- Coordination with BD Head for any support they require for RFI submission to distributors / channel partners.
- Sharing brokerage calculation with distributors post receipt from OPS.
- Raising the PO and processing the invoices in coordination with Accounts team.
- Replying to Client Queries on Timely Basis, Providing Tax statements / Statement of accounts / Welcome letters / Closure Letters to clients when required.
- Training for Distributor Relationship Managers and Service Managers on Onboarding systems / KYC guidelines / various processes
Customer Onboarding
Hassle free onboarding of customers in coordination with distributors
Sharing product PPM and CA with customers alongwith the Consent email to customers
Filling of subscription forms for onboarding of customers
Fetching CVL-KRA and KIN in coordination with Ops & CAMS Ensuring the correctness of SOA before sharing with customers
MIS, Dashboard & Communication
- Regular and periodic product updates to stakeholders.
- Accurate business MIS & Dashboard to stakeholders
- Publishing the contest and campaign update to all relevant stakeholders business head, vertical head
- Publishing the performance update with all relevant groups of distributors
- Monthly AUM file sharing with distributors
- Timely sharing of income distribution file with distributors informing about the payout to customers
- Managing & Publishing contest and campaign update on Various Products.
- Providing Data to auditors and resolving queries if any
Stakeholders Management & Vendor Management
- Distributor Agreements and Addendum Safe keeping and management
- Inter department Coordination viz. Ops, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Accounts BIU & IT for day to day work
- Ensuring agreements and addendums are signed by all relevant internal stakeholders including distributors for empanelment
- Ensuring agreements and addendums are signed by all relevant internal stakeholders including PMS managers/Investment advisors
- Negotiation and coordination with Vendors for service fulfilment and any relevant agreements and addendums are signed by the stakeholders and services providers
Job Requirements:
1. Should be graduate with at least 6-10 years of experience in an operations role, client support and distributor management in Private Banking, Wealth Management, AIF and Capital Markets.
2. Should have thorough knowledge and understanding of investments and securities.
3. Should have knowledge of AIF / other financial products and understanding of KYC requirements for account opening of various types of entities Individual, HUF, Corporates, LLP, partnership etc.
4. Should be abreast of the SEBI and RBI regulations applicable to the business such as AIF.
5. Should have excellent communication.
6. Should be proficient in using Excel and other systems used in the system
