Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new channel sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing timely support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and maximize revenue growth.
  • Product Knowledge and Presentation: Deepen understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to clients.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals in accordance with company guidelines and objectives.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to track performance against targets and inform decision-making.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Development, to drive overall business success.
