Job Description:

A) Build and develop the business development function within Weber Shandwick India

• Credentials
• Response to RFPs
• Case studies

B) BD strategy for new services

• Public affairs
• Sustainability
• Employee coms
• Crisis

C) Work with global and regional teams to bring in new ideas and products into the India market and work with CEO and MD on application and go to market strategies.

D) Learning and development

• Work with the global and regional teams to learn new insights and keep abreast of new solutions in the market
• LinkedIn learning solutions, Lynda trainings
• Self-development and coaching programs

Experience: 6-8 years of work experience in Business Development. Candidates from the Public Relations Industry will be preferred.
