Roles & Responsibility:
1. This role thrives on sales & revenue targets - you will lead the team s effort to achieve the sales target for West India.
2. Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and build strong relationships with prospects.
3. Own the experience we give every prospective customer from the first time they interact with us.
4. Develop and execute a strategic plan for your business unit.
5. You will lead/coach/mentor your unit of designers. Enabling the team to perform, grow and flourish is a direct indication of the effort you have built-in.
6. As one of the leaders of your unit, you will need to ensure undiluted customer experience.

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Exposure to have built teams is an advantage
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- The work location will be a showroom
- Sundays will be weekly off
